The New York State Department of Labor (NYS DOL) received a Fostering Access, Rights, and Equity (FARE) grant from the federal government to help spread knowledge about employment rights and benefits to women workers across our state. The goal of FARE is to provide outreach, connect workers to services, and empower women through information. While NYS DOL’s FARE outreach period has concluded, this web page remains as a resource.
