Harassment and Workplace Violence (FARE Grant)

NYS employers are responsible for providing a workplace that is free from harassment based on protected characteristics.

All employers in NYS are required by law to establish a sexual harassment prevention policy and provide a copy of the policy to all employees. In addition, employees must receive sexual harassment prevention training annually.
