What is Rapid Response?
Rapid Response is an early intervention service provided to businesses and employees experiencing layoff or closure. This no-cost service provided by the New York State Department of Labor is highly adaptable and designed to meet your individualized needs.
With local teams across the state who are knowledgeable about local labor markets, the DOL can help employees get back to work quicker, reducing the stress of job loss. Businesses experience lower unemployment insurance costs as a result, and find that the moral of the workforce is improved.
