The New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) continues to closely monitor developments involving the federal government shutdown. NYSDOL uses data provided under a cooperative agreement with our regulator, the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), to produce our monthly employment reports. NYSDOL is currently unable to produce these reports because the Bureau of Labor Statistics within USDOL is closed due to the federal shutdown.
