The New York State Department of Labor received a grant from the federal government to help spread knowledge about employment rights and benefits to women workers across our state. The Fostering Access, Rights, and Equity (FARE) grant program allows us to provide outreach, distribute information, connect workers to services, and empower women through information.
We aim to help women, especially in underrepresented and marginalized populations, to become a focal point for rights, benefits, and assistance in their own communities.
We are available to set up virtual and in-person presentations to reach women workers throughout the state.
