New Custom Fabrication Law Update
Amendments to Labor Law § 220(3)(f) that were scheduled to take effect on June 18, 2026, are SUSPENDED by federal court order until further notice. The New York State Department of Labor will not be engaging in any enforcement nor compliance activities while the order is in place.
