The purpose of this guide is to demonstrate how to enter an Individual Employment Plan (IEP) as an activity or a service. Any customers who receive Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funding for Training, On-the-Job Training, Customized Training, or Supportive Services must have an IEP entered as referenced on TA #26-e.

The purpose of this guide is to provide guidance on the WIOA requirements for local policies regarding supportive services, including needs-related payments, as well as guidance on requirements for local policies for other allowable participant support expenses, including stipends and incentives.
