On Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at 10 a.m., the Passenger Tramway Advisory Council will convene in Albany. The Council assists the NYS Department of Labor and the Commissioner of Labor regarding rules and regulations that prevent personal injuries from occurring in the use of ski tows, other passenger tramways, and downhill ski areas.
