Overview

New York State, Counties, Census county sets and Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs).

The 2014-2018 American Community Survey (ACS) Equal Employment Opportunity tabulation is the primary benchmark for comparing race, ethnicity, and gender composition of an organization's workforce to encourage employer compliance with anti-discrimination laws and regulations or to develop affirmative action programs where needed.

For the detailed occupation tables by residence on the American Community Survey 2014-2018 5-Year Special EEO File, data for individual counties of 50,000 or more is provided wherever possible. For counties of less than 50,000, the data from these counties were merged with other counties to meet a 50,000 or more threshold.

 

Data by detailed occupation are available for the following counties/county sets: Albany, Allegany/Wyoming, Bronx, Broome/Tioga, Cattaraugus, Cayuga, Chautauqua, Chemung, Chenango/Cortland, Clinton, Columbia, Delaware/Greene, Dutchess, Erie, Essex/Franklin/Hamilton/Montgomery, Franklin, Genesee, Herkimer, Jefferson, Kings, Lewis/St. Lawrence, Livingston, Madison, Monroe/Orleans, Nassau, New York, Niagara, Oneida, Onondaga, Ontario/Yates, Orange, Oswego, Otsego, Putnam, Queens, Rensselaer, Richmond, Rockland, Saratoga, Schenectady/Schoharie, Schuyler/Seneca, Steuben, Suffolk, Sullivan, Tompkins, Ulster, Warren, Washington, Wayne, Westchester.
