Receive a firsthand experience of the regionalized career services, workshops, and development assistance that is being provided to your community. Contact our Intergovernmental Affairs team directly or complete an Elected Officials Inquiry System (EOIS) form to schedule a guided tour of your local center.

Virtual Office Hours
We host monthly virtual office hour sessions for legislative staff to provide information on the various programs and services offered by the department. Sessions are held via Zoom and previous sessions can be found on our YouTube page. Monthly Newsletter
We publish a monthly newsletter specifically for elected official offices and we encourage you to subscribe if you have not already. Each month will feature important topics and resources related to the department.
Elected Official Inquiry System
The Elected Official Inquiry System (EOIS) was developed for you to escalate DOL related inquiries on behalf of your constituents or your office. Each submission will create a case for our team to monitor, while the appropriate staff work to satisfy each request. Please complete the 2024 EOIS Survey if you have not already. Your feedback is crucial and we want to ensure that our procedures meet your satisfaction.

Verifying with ID.me
Self Service

Self-service is the most common verification method. You’ll be guided through the process using your smartphone or computer. To verify, you’ll need: a mobile phone that has a camera or a computer with a webcam, email addressSocial Security number, two government-issued identity documents (driver’s license, passport, passport card, or state ID).

In-Person

With In-Person Verification, you can complete your document and selfie upload steps of your verification at select retail locations. To verify your identity in person, you’ll need: an ID.me account, email addressSocial Security number, two identity documents.
