WHAT: The Public Subsidy Board will convene in Albany and New York City. The Board’s priority is to carry out its duties under New York State Labor Law Section 224-c and ensure that covered projects meet the requirements of New York State Labor Law Section 224-a. The meeting is open to the public in-person or via livestream.
