MEDIA ADVISORY: NEW YORK STATE WORKER SAFETY MONTH INTERVIEW OPPORTUNITIES

WHAT: As part of Governor Hochul’s continued commitment to making New York State a safe, affordable place to live, work, and raise a family, the New York State Department of Labor is highlighting three new laws that go into effect in June that will protect workers statewide. Commissioner Reardon can discuss Worker Safety Month, including the Retail Worker Safety Act, Fashion Workers Act, and the Warehouse Worker Injury Reduction Program.
