As New York shifts to a clean energy economy, the Office of Just Energy Transition (OJET) is helping connect workers—especially those in disadvantaged communities and incumbent fossil fuel workers—to quality jobs, upskilling, and training. OJET also assists businesses in upskilling their workforce, connecting them with trained employees, and navigating hiring incentives and funding.
Cannabis Employment and Education Development (CEED) unit is dedicated to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive cannabis industry across New York State. CEED supports cannabis job seekers, workers, and businesses by providing resources, guidance, and connections to no-cost services to help them succeed in this rapidly expanding field.
