What You Need to Know
  • If your business is forced to close, you should provide required notices as soon as possible and identify the circumstances that required the closure. Warn notices DO NOT need to be submitted to DOL from businesses that employ less than 50 full-time employees.   • Governor Cuomo enacted a law that provides benefits - including sick leave, paid family leave, and disability benefits - to New York employees impacted by mandatory or precautionary orders of quarantine or isolation due to COVID-19.
