WHAT: The Blaster Examining Board will convene in Albany. The Board considers examinations, experience, and competence of applicants to the Blaster licensing exam. The Board may also hold hearings prior to the Commissioner's determination to suspend or revoke certificates, or to deny renewal of certificates, and reports such findings and recommendations to the Commissioner.
